Two years in.Just getting started.
Freddy Media started in 2024 and was built by people who ran the operation before advising on it. Four divisions, one team, and the same incentives as the companies we work with.
Who we are
An operating company that happens to market.
We partner with industry facing creators and companies, usually on retainer, revenue share, or equity, and build real businesses around their audiences and expertise.
Letter from our CEO
Health, family, faith, and adventure.

In 2016 I was the youngest General Sales Manager at one of the largest dealer groups in the country, on a fast track to running my own store. Then a health scare rearranged every priority I had overnight. My wife was pregnant with our first daughter, and the career I had spent my twenties building suddenly was not the point anymore. We moved to Jacksonville, and I decided whatever came next would be built on my own terms.
The diagnosis was eventually corrected at the Mayo Clinic. The lesson stayed. I started by restructuring a warranty call center and selling the service to over a hundred dealerships. I joined AutoLeadStar, now Fullpath, acquired by Cox Automotive, and learned what it looks like when technology actually moves an industry forward. I spent years inside creator led media in automotive and watched how fast an audience turns into a business when someone builds the engine behind it.
That is what Freddy Media is. We partner with industry facing creators and companies, usually on retainer, revenue share, or equity, and we build real businesses around their audiences and expertise. Four divisions. One team. Incentives aligned.
The north star has not changed since that hospital room. Health, family, faith, and adventure. I just figured out how to build a company that runs on the same priorities.
Jon Frederick, Chief Executive Officer
How it fits
One company. Four ways we build.
Attention should lead somewhere. Each division feeds the next.
The team
The people running it.
Fifteen people across four divisions. Operators who ran the thing before they advised on it.

Jon Frederick
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Jon turns audiences into companies. He built the revenue side of an automotive media brand from first employee to industry standard, and now does it for operators, dealers, and creators who already have the attention.
LinkedIn
Savannah Simms
Partner and Chief Operating Officer
Savannah makes the work happen: creative media engagements, talent management, and the consulting around them. She ran dealerships before she ran campaigns, so the strategy survives contact with the store.
LinkedIn
Jack Ballinghoff
Chief Strategy Officer
Jack has sat in every seat in the store, from salesperson to chief operating officer of a dealer group. He tells operators what is actually broken and what to do about it, in language the floor understands.
LinkedIn
Adam Gaedke
Partner, Freddy Dealer Services
Adam finds the profit a store is already leaving on the table. Twenty two years in retail automotive, most recently as COO of a group he scaled from 2 to 18 rooftops, now pointed at payments, process, and technology that pays for itself.
LinkedIn
Weston Ferguson
Chief Marketing Officer
Weston built our marketing division from zero into a growth engine for brands that need to be unavoidable. She has run operations, marketing, and technology as a COO, and she builds systems that keep producing after the campaign ends.
LinkedIn
Arthur Carrion
Chief Technology Officer
Arthur builds the technology that does the work: custom AI agents, voice AI, and the systems that wire them into the rest of the business. He has founded his own AI products and led digital marketing across two countries.
LinkedIn
Noah Ney
VP, Partnerships
Noah puts brands in front of the right audience and makes the partnership pay. He spent a decade in startups, scaling Scout Alarm from a crowdfunded idea to a publicly traded company, and he negotiates like it.
LinkedIn
Anna del Villar
Creative Content Director
Anna makes the brand sound like something worth reading. Publishing, social, and storytelling from someone who spent a decade shaping automotive stories as an editorial lead and on air correspondent.
LinkedIn
Felipe Vogel
AI Operations Strategist
Felipe builds the AI that earns its keep: tools, agents, and automations for Freddy and its clients, plus the academy that teaches teams to run them.
LinkedIn
Shelly Mitchell
Digital Marketing Manager
Shelly runs the campaigns that move the numbers: paid media, strategy, and the content direction that connects automotive brands to creators. Built on agency years managing Google and Meta spend.
LinkedIn
Lathan Hall
Manager, Strategic Partnerships
Lathan opens doors most people cannot. Strategic partnerships with a luxury and hospitality bias, from someone who sold New York hotels and underwrites real estate on the side.
LinkedIn
Christopher Rabena
Account Executive
Chris runs media operations on the B2B and automotive side, from dealer networks to marketplace partnerships. He started selling cars to creators in high school and has been closing ever since.
LinkedIn
Kyle McCrone
Creative and Content Specialist
Kyle makes the content that gets watched, from strategy through the edit, for Freddy and its client network. He also runs a Jacksonville brand of his own pulling millions of views a month.
LinkedIn
Shombre Ricketts
Video Director
Shombre makes the film that makes the sale. He directs everything Freddy puts on camera, from creator shoots and brand spots to the shows, and he cuts for the platform it is going to live on.
